Marketplace FAQ
What is the goal of our marketplace model?
Our marketplace model focuses on introducing designer brands to a broad audience while actively supporting independent designers and their brands. Our aim is to create a platform that offers both established labels and up-and-coming talents space to showcase their creativity and grow successfully.
Where do we ship to?
Products on Glambou are always offered within the EU. It is important to us that orders are shipped within 2-4 working days. Our marketplace partners use their preferred shipping service providers to deliver the items directly to the customers.
What is the onboarding process?
We will check your compliance with the requirements of the Glambou marketplace. Once approved, we will review and sign the contract together. Together with our purchasing team, we will put together your product selection. At the same time, we will set up your seller profile - no technical integration is required. Once your product selection has been uploaded, we'll run a test order and you're ready to go live!
What is the fulfillment process?
As soon as a customer order is placed on the website, the order is processed and displayed in the system. The marketplace software then notifies the partner of the order. The partner packs, ships and labels the order together with the tracking number. The tracking number is then automatically sent to the customer. As soon as the order arrives, everything is marked as fulfilled and completed in our software.
