What do I need to know when ordering from a marketplace partner?
Delivery times vary with each marketplace partner and are shown on the product page. Items from marketplace partners will be sent separately from other items in your order. Should you wish to return an item from a marketplace partner, you will have to send it directly to them. Marketplace partner items cannot be returned to our warehouse in Germany. You will receive a free return label in your parcel if you order from an address within Germany or Austria.
Do you deliver to my country?
We offer free delivery to all addresses within the EU and US.
Unfortunately we currently don’t offer shipping to addresses outside the EU or US.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping within the EU and US is always free. There is no minimum purchase value.
When will I get my order?
The delivery time for orders fulfilled by our warehouse and sent to addresses within Germany is 2-3 business days. Delivery times for orders fulfilled through our marketplace partners vary by brand. You can find the delivery time for each marketplace partner on the product page.
The delivery time to all addresses within the EU is 3-4 business days.
After your order
How do I make a return?
We hope that you're pleased with your order. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you can return any purchase within 30 days of receipt. The date of the postmark or delivery of the collection invitation counts as the date of receipt.
All items need to get returned to the sender. In case you have ordered items from marketplace partners and your order was shipped in separate parcels, you will need to return it in separate parcels.
To return one or more items please follow the steps below:
- If you have placed your order from Germany or Austria, cut out the return label and adhere it on the shipping box. If you placed your order from another country, you will find an address field in your parcel, which you can cut out and adhere to the shipping box.
- Fill in the quantity of returned items and the number corresponding to your reason for returning them on the delivery slip and place it inside the package.
- For your free return from within Germany or Austria, ship the parcel from your nearest post office or DHL Packstation. For your return from another country, feel free to use the shipment provider of your choice and make sure to purchase postage.
You will receive your refund once your return has been received and processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the processing of your return.
Why haven't I received an invoice yet?
You should receive a PDF invoice from us as soon as your order has shipped. If you have selected “Kauf auf Rechnung” (“Purchase by Invoice”) during check-out, you will receive your invoice with all of the payment details in an email from Klarna. If you did not receive an email from Klarna you can request a copy by contacting Klarna athttps://www.klarna.com/de/kundenservice/
How can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped yet. To request a cancellation, send us a message with your order number and the cancellation request via WhatsApp (by clicking on the bubble on the bottom left side of your screen) or by sending an email to support@glambou.com.

Does your jewelry come with a warranty?
We are committed to offering only high quality jewelry, which is why every piece comes with a 2-year warranty on all production-related defects.
