We offer free shipping for all orders within the EU and US. Unfortunately we cannot ship to countries outside the EU or US at this point.
All orders that ship from our warehouse to addresses within Germany ship via DHL within 2-3 business days and within 3-4 business days to all addresses in other EU countries. Items from our marketplace partners ship with their respective preferred carriers, and delivery times vary. You can find the delivery times on the product page.
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email as soon as the order has shipped. When offered by the carrier, you will receive a link to track your package. Please check the contents of your parcel as soon as you receive it to make sure you have received all of the items you ordered, and that all items are in perfect condition. Do let us know about any issues within 5 days of receiving your order.
