Our Resilver program gives your old silver jewellery a new lease of life. Bring your pieces to us and use the calculated trade-in value directly towards a new piece of jewellery in our store. We return your old silver to the material cycle – helping to conserve valuable resources and contribute to a more sustainable future together.
As part of our Resilver program, you can bring in jewellery made from 925 sterling silver. It doesn’t matter whether your jewellery is gold-plated, which brand it is from or whether it is damaged. However, it should not contain any larger stones or pearls.
Look for a small “925” hallmark on your jewellery – this usually indicates 925 sterling silver. If you’re unsure, our experts will be happy to check your jewellery for you directly in store.
Yes. As part of our Resilver program, you can bring in up to 50 g of silver jewellery per day.
No, cash payouts are not available. The calculated value of your silver jewellery will be credited directly towards the purchase of a new piece of jewellery on the same day.
Your silver jewellery will be assessed on the same day. One of our team members will carefully inspect your jewellery in store while you’re there. Immediately afterwards, the calculated value will be credited towards the new piece of jewellery you’ve chosen.
By handing in your silver jewellery, you’re giving it a new life. Together with other silver pieces, it is melted down and returned to the material cycle, where it can be used to create beautiful new jewellery.
In doing so, you’re actively helping to conserve valuable resources, reduce waste and make a positive contribution to the environment together with us. Every piece of recycled jewellery is a small step towards a more sustainable future.
Please bring a valid form of identification (ID card or passport) when handing in your silver jewellery so that we can verify that you are its rightful owner. As the handover is final and the jewellery cannot be returned, we will also ask you to sign a declaration of consent in store.
