After purchase, you will receive the gift card immediately via email in PDF format for self-printing. Additionally, we will send you a high-quality card by post within 2-3 business days, where you can write the gift card code and a personal message.
Shipping is free for orders placed within the EU and US. We deliver orders for Glambou items in Germany within 2-3 business days. Delivery to all other EU countries takes 3-4 business days. How can the gift card be redeemed?
The gift card can be redeemed at our permanent Eternal Bracelet Station at Breuninger Munich or at one of our pop-up Eternal Bracelet stations. It’s best for you or the recipient to book an appointment in advance using our booking tool and bring the gift card code to redeem it. What if the recipient wants a different chain or an additional charm?
No problem! During the appointment, the recipient can choose a different chain option or add additional charms. The price difference can be easily paid on-site.
When will I receive the gift card?
