The Advent calendar has been produced in limited quantities and is only available while stocks last. It's worth acting fast!
When will the Advent Calendar be shipped?
The Advent Calendars are already packed and in stock at our warehouse. Once you place your order, the calendar will be delivered to your chosen address within 2-4 business days, free of charge.
Can I use the 10% welcome discount on the Advent Calendar?
The 10% welcome discount cannot be applied to the Advent Calendar.
Can I exchange or return individual products from the Advent Calendar?
Individual products from the Advent Calendar cannot be exchanged or returned. However, all products at Glambou come with a two-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. If a defect occurs, please feel free to contact our customer service at support@glambou.com.
Can I return the Advent Calendar?
Yes, you can return the Advent Calendar within 14 days of receipt, as long as it remains unopened. The Advent calendar is sealed with a security closure, which must not be opened for a return.
